Mr. Gormley created RightTrack following 33 years of experience in providing financial and social services to families and individuals in South Florida, and a life long involvement in community activities and charitable work. Before he founded RightTrack Mr. Gormley led distinguished careers in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. In 1991 Mr. Gormley left the position of Head Gold Trader for Merrill Lynch to found Consumer Credit Management Services, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting, educating, and counseling families in the areas of finance, debt, and housing.
Mr. Gormley is a Certified Senior Credit Counselor who has received a vast array of professional certifications and awards in the areas of finance and debt management. He personally developed "Consumer $ense" a 12 chapter financial literacy course that has been utilized by thousands of consumers across the United States. Mr. Gormley has also presented hundreds of financial literacy seminars and workshops to consumers, including the employees of Fortune 500 companies. In fact, in 2008 when the United States Air Force needed someone to educate and assist their servicemen and women in dealing with issues of personal finance and debt it was Mr. Gormley who they chose to go to Langley Air Force Base to accomplish this essential mission.
Mr. Gormley's achievements and expertise have been recognized by the local and national financial news media. He was a frequent contributor between 1998 and 2005 with Robert Heady of The Chicago Tribune on a series of nationally syndicated financial articles. He has also been quoted and interviewed by the Washington Post, Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine, and ABC nightly news with Peter Jennings. Mr. Gormley's exceptional reputation has made him a highly sought after adviser for governmental, educational, and non-profit organizations.
Ryan Smart is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RightTrack Financial Services, Inc. He is the architect of the Right Track Foreclosure Prevention Program and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Mr. Smart brings to RightTrack more than five years experience as the Director of a National Non-Profit Housing Counseling Agency, as well as a highly sought after housing counselor, seminar presenter, contributor to several publications and consumer advocate. Throughout his career he has regularly been recognized for his outstanding achievements in client satisfaction both personally through regional and national awards, and through the A+ Better Business Bureau rating that his recent employer achieved under his management.
Prior to joining RightTrack, Mr. Smart created and managed the Housing Counseling Program at a HUD approved 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. He has personally counseled or overseen the counseling of over 3,000 families and individuals in the areas of foreclosure prevention, credit and debt management, pre-home purchase, reverse mortgage, and crisis budgeting. His wealth of experience and wide array of expertise provides him with a unique ability to assist RightTrack clients in preventing the loss of their homes to foreclosure.
Mr. Smart is a NHCEC Certified Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counselor, an AARP Exam Certified Reverse Mortgage Counselor, and a Certified Senior Credit Counselor. He has created and presented numerous seminars and workshops on foreclosure prevention, credit building, debt reduction, and money management.
Mr. Smart volunteers his time and services to a number of local Non-Profit Organizations and currently sits on the Board of the Lake Worth Community Development Corporation.
Maria Gaitan is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RightTrack Financial Services, Inc. Mrs. Gaitan brings a wealth of experience from her twenty plus years as an executive with Wachovia Bank and her tireless work with local Non-Profit and Charitable Organizations.

Before joining RightTrack Financial Services, Inc., Ms. Gaitan served as the Vice President and Palm Beach County Specialty Banking Sales Leader for Wachovia Bank. In that position she personally oversaw the opening of nearly 200 Specialty Banking Offices throughout the State of Florida and was regularly recognized for her performance in the sales and community redevelopment arenas. Most notably, Ms. Gaitan is the two time recipient of "The Beacon Award", Wachovia's top honor for work in the area of community outreach. . Furthermore, she has been cited as being instrumental in the creation and implementation of programs that ignited the redevelopment of Delray Beach and Lake Worth, Florida.
Mrs. Gaitan takes special pride in her work creating the Law Officer's Mortgage Program which deters crime and blight in low and moderate income areas by providing special incentives for Police officers to buy houses in these at-risk neighborhoods. The program as so effective in South Florida that is was adopted company wide by Wachovia in 1999.
Mrs. Gaitan has done extensive volunteer work with many Non-Profit organizations in the South Florida area focusing on community redevelopment, education, and the arts. She currently serves as the President of the Board of the Coalition of Independent Living Options and Secretary of the Board of the Lake Worth Community Development Corporation.

Prior responsibility also reflects lending executive experience, loan underwriter and residential lending specialist. He is considered educated in business and finance, and trained in residential and commercial real estate lending, mortgage underwriting, and residential loss mitigation as well as a noted speaker.
Prior to joining RightTrack Financial Services. Mr. Caniff was a successful real estate lender for Countrywide, Wells Fargo and Bank One as well as a branch manager, mortgage banker, underwriter, and loan officer for local lending institutions.
Mr. Caniff has acted as a principal advisor, facilitator, and consultant in well over 2000 residential mortgage lending and real estate transactions, in addition to dozens of commercial lending transactions.
He has received advanced training in mortgage banking, consumer lending and underwriting, Florida mortgage brokerage lending and law, Florida real estate sales practice and law, home buyer credit counseling, and home owner counseling. Including AARP Exam Certified Reverse Mortgage Counselor.
Roy Gerber serves as the President of Right Track Financial Services West, based out of Orange County, in Brea, California. His 33 year career in finance included top level executive positions with Beneficial, Household and HSBC.

Roy retired in November of 2006 as a Divisional General Manager, the top executive on the West Coast for HSBC Finance. He holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Board at Large for TASC, The Association of Settlement Companies.
Adam Sthay, a native of Hawaii, is a founder and owner of Right Track Financial Services West out of Brea, California. Adam excelled from a very young age earning a soccer scholarship to Loyola Marymount University. As the starting goalkeeper and Team Captain, Adam gained the invaluable knowledge of leadership and focus.

After a few years he made a career move to Countrywide because of the opportunity for more growth. His success continued here on a management level until he left for the Loan Modification and Debt Settlement industry. Adam is also on the Board at Large of TASC.
Matt Campbell is a founder and owner of Right Track Financial Services West based out of Brea, California. He grew up in Southern California and later attended the University of Arizona where he achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from their prestigious Eller College of Management.
